Do I need to setup an account to order from DTC Outlet?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, by setting up an account, you will be able to review all your purchases, track your orders, submit a return request, and save your address and billing details for future orders.

 

How do I sign into my account?

Enter your email address and password on the My Account page.

 

Why is my promo code not working?

Occasionally, we run promotions that require the use of a promo code. There are a few reasons why promo codes may not work: codes are not combinable, exclusions, minimum order value required, limited use, one code per order, or code expired.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, in addition to Shopify ShopPay, PayPal, GooglePay, and MetaPay.

 

How do you keep my private information safe?

Your credit card and personal information are securely encrypted while your order is placed. We have SSL encryption and security measures in place to ensure your private information is safe. Refer to our Privacy Policy for additional details.

 

When will my method of payment be charged?

The financial institution associated with your method of payment will place an authorization on your account until we charge your order. The authorization usually appears as a pending charge on your account. Within 24 business hours of receiving an order confirmation we will charge your method of payment for the full order amount. Your order will ship as per the shipping method selected when the order was placed. In the case of pre-order items, your item(s) will ship by the date specified. You will receive shipping confirmation(s) when your item(s) ship.

 

How long after an order has been placed can I expect it to ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

What is your return policy?

You may return Non-Clearance item(s) within 30 days of purchase as long as items are in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and any hygienic protective liners intact. Refer our Return & Exchanges page for further details and eligibility criteria.

 

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please Login with the email address used to place your order. You do not need to have an account to initiate a return.

 

How long will it take to process my return?

After we received your item(s), please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed and 48-72 hours for the refund to post to your original payment method.

 

How do I initiate an exchange?

To make an exchange simply place a new order for the desired style(s) and return unwanted item(s). See our Returns Page for further details.

 

Why was my original shipping charge not refunded?

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Do you charge sales tax?

Some states require that we automatically apply sales tax to your order if shipping to those states.  Your purchase may be subject to tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation.

 

Please note that there is no exemption from state sales or use tax based merely on the fact that a purchase is made over the Internet, by catalog, or by other remote means. Your state may require that a consumer's sales or use tax be paid annually on the appropriate tax forms for purchases not taxed. Details on how to report and pay these taxes may be found on the applicable state’s website.

 

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

We may be able to make changes to your order if you Contact Us before it is processed and shipped. We will do our very best to accommodate change requests but cannot guarantee order changes. Order change requests could also delay originally expected delivery date.
